Did you know that the D.A.R.E. program is being taught in our Long Beach Schools?

Currently, the Long Beach Police Department has only two retired police officers teaching the D.A.R.E. Program to 2,500 fifth grade students in the Long Beach Unified School District. Our fundraiser this year is to raise money to increase the number of D.A.R.E. officers in the classroom.

In the past, we have held D.A.R.E. fundraising luncheons and sold tickets to our supporters. However, with only two officers, it is no longer possible to put such an event together. And with the hectic schedules and overbooked obligations we all have in these busy times, we have created something new:

The Non-Luncheon Fundraiser

Your support and help are still very much needed. We invite you to contribute to our Non-Luncheon Fundraiser by buying tickets the same as you would for a luncheon.
